This type of visa, introduced in 2021, allows foreign nationals to stay in Croatia for one year while performing remote work for a company or client based outside Croatia. - Minimum income must be at least €2,500 per month (for the last 6 months)
- You cannot renew a digital nomad visa, but you can apply for a new visa 180 days after the expiration of the previous visa.

Registration of residence permit under the Family Reunification program
In Croatia, there is a possibility to apply for a residence permit (LPR) for family reunification, which is available to close relatives of citizens, as well as permanent, long-term or temporary residents of the country. The categories of relatives eligible to apply for family reunification include spouses, civil partners (provided the relationship has lasted for more than three years or the couple has a child in common), minor children, and parents or guardians of children residing in Croatia. In addition, the possibility of reunification is also available to other relatives in special cases, e.g. if there are compelling personal or humanitarian reasons.
